Laxmidhar Sahoo
is a visually impaired youth studying in Ravenshaw
College-Cuttack Laxmidhar has been a bright student despite
being visually challenged. He used to sell magazines and
newspapers in train to make ends meet as he hailed from a
very poor family. But he had a troubled time when non-bailable
warrants were issued against him and his college mates
following a protest.
Sight challenged Laxmidhar faced
surfeits of problems. He lost his source of livelihood and
his bright career would be in eclipse had he been caught by
the police. Now Laxmidhar heaves a sigh of relief as Mr.
Sidheswar Rath Advocate Orissa High Court Cuttack, obtained
a recalled order, which cancelled the N.B.W. issued against
him. Laxmidhar now is preparing for his exams without any
type of apprehensions. |
