Freedom to move (Article 18)

Disabled people have the right to:
​
-
Move freely and choose their residence as everyone else
-
Be a citizen of a country and change their nationality
-
Have papers of their nationality and identification like passports that other people have
-
Leave any country including their own
-
Not to be stopped to enter their own country because of their disability
-

Disabled children will have the right to a name from birth, to be a citizen and if possible, the right to know and be cared for by their parents.
