Privacy (Article 22)

• Disabled people have the right to a private life and no one should unlawfully interfere with or get in the way of that.

• Disabled people have the right to the protection of the law against such interference.

• The State must make sure that personal information about disabled people just like everyone else’s is kept confidential.
